STATUTE: Title 16, Chapter 64, Section 6404A; authorizes regulations for Bungee Jumping. Regulations effective March 30, 1993. Legislation effective June 1, 1985: Title 16 of Delaware Code Chapter 64; coversmobile and fixed site amusement rides. Yearly permit which must be obtained by June 1 of each year

PERMITS AND LICENSES: Electrical inspections required for each carnival/fair or show "set up". If your zip line does not require electricity for operation or for lights for night time operation - this is not required.

INSPECTION: Third party deemed as insurance carrier required.  Re-inspection of mobile carnival rides at each new site. Inspection to be completed by a NAARSO Certified Inspector.

Additionally, any inspection of a climbing wall in the state of Delaware shall be done by a qualified person capable of providing a thourough inspection of the entire structure(s) and belay systems. Having a state inspection is a duty to demponstrate to the state that you are in compliance with the law and that is it. You must hire a 3rd party inspector to perform a hands on inspection of your climbing wall or tower in the state of Delaware.- Do both at the same time and save money. ESI is qaulified to perform both simultaniously in the State of Delaware.
