PERMITS AND LICENSES: Certificate of Inspection is attached to ride after each inspection

INSPECTION: Rides inspected every six months by State.

Climbing walls and towers are curently non regulated within the State of Hawaii. Two seperate bills were introduced in February 2012 for regulation of adventure activities. Pending the outcome of these bills it will become law that an ACCT QCCP (Qualified Challenge Course Proffessional) Inspector or NAARSO Certified Inspector.

It is your duty as an organization to follow industry standards and maintan compliance as no state entity is required to. You must hire a 3rd party inspector to perform a hands on inspection of your climbing structure in the state of Hawaii.
